Are migrants happier after they move?
The World Happiness Report is a landmark survey of the state of global happiness. ranks 156 countries by their happiness levels and 117 countries by the happiness of their immigrants. The immigrant happiness rankings are based on the full span of Â鶹´«Ã½AV data from 2005 to 2017, sufficient to have 117 countries with more than 100 immigrant respondents.
Measuring global migration potential
This data briefing from the International Organization for Migration's Global Migration Data Analysis Centre analyzes people's migration intentions globally for the period of 2010-2015. The briefing also explores to what degree data on migration potential can be a useful predictor of actual migration by comparing results from Â鶹´«Ã½AV surveys with data on officially recorded migrant in- and outflows.
